The player cannot register more than one account in the system. It means that for one person, house, family, home address, email address, phone number, IP address, current account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account, one electronic device (computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.) only one account can be registered. Any attempts to register multiple accounts will be considered violations and result in blocking the account(s) and removing funds.

2. By registering on Casino7 the player confirms that he has reached the age of majority.

The player undertakes to indicate accurate data in his profile. Casino7 has the right to request documentary evidence of his identity if necessary. If a player can not provide documents confirming his identity Casino7 reserves the right to suspend the account until such documents are received or to close permanently the account if the documents are not provided.

4. If any information provided by the player is false, inaccurate or misleading Casino7 reserves the right to close the account and/or refuse to use the services of the Website.

5. This section contains the general rules and conditions for participation in bonus offers. Each bonus offer may have additional rules and conditions which the player can read in a special section. Individual offers may have additional terms and conditions which supplement the terms and conditions set forth herein.

6. Casino7 reserves the right to make changes and additions to these rules at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any offers or bonuses at any time without notice. No such cancellation will affect any rewards already earned. The player wishing to receive or having received a bonus undertakes to independently follow the changes to the Rules on our website.

7. In case of disputes between a player and Casino7 regarding interpretation of the Bonus Policy rules the final decision shall be made by Casino7 and shall not be disputed.

8. By depositing funds into the account balance using a bonus offer or promotion the player confirms that he/she is familiar with and accepts the terms of the bonus offer and the Bonus Policy.

9. The bonus is credited automatically at the moment of activation by the player.

10. The player has the right to cancel any of bonuses or refuse to receive any bonuses from Casino7.

11. Wagering of bonus is available only in the money game mode. Bets in games in demo mode do not count. Please note that not all games fully consider the wagering amount when wagering the bonus.

12. The player may monitor and at any time check the bonus wagering status in the "My Bonuses" section of his personal profile.

13. The winnings received with the use of bonuses become available for withdrawal only after all the wagering rules have been fulfilled. For non-deposit bonuses the maximum withdrawal amount is EXCEPT. The balance is manually reset.

14. If due to a technical malfunction or failure of any type the number of free spins was calculated incorrectly or a bonus was credited to the player's account incorrectly Casino7 has the right to make a correction by withdrawing any winnings received and resetting the reward with the correct configuration.

15. All winnings requested for withdrawal when playing with bonus funds are checked before the payment is processed. Based on the results of the check Casino7 reserves the right to request from the player to confirm the personal data and data of the payment method.

16. Casino7 reserves the right to disable the Bonus Program for users who, in our opinion, have received a disproportionate amount of bonuses in relation to the amount of deposits made, as well as to withdraw or cancel any winnings related to the use of any bonus offers if it is suspected that the player is attempting to abuse them.

17. If Casino7 suspects that a player has abused or is abusing the bonus offer(s), either on their behalf or in conjunction with partners, we reserve the right to revoke the bonus or bonuses, invalidate any winnings and close the player(s) respective account(s).

FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS

1. Make a deposit of at least 3 USD or the equivalent in registration currency to get the bonus.
2. Player’s phone number and email should be confirmed.
3. The bonus amount depends on the amount of deposit:
   • 50% + 40 free spins at Havana Club if deposit amount is 3+ USD (or the equivalent in the registration currency).
   • 100% + 140 free spins at Havana Club if deposit amount is 11+ USD (or the equivalent in the registration currency).
   • 150% + 280 free spins at Havana Club if deposit amount is 22+ USD (or the equivalent in the registration currency).

6. The maximum term within which bonus could be activated is 48 hours.
7. The maximum term within which bonus could be wagered is 1 week.

FOLLOWING DEPOSIT BONUS

1. Make a deposit of at least 8 USD or the equivalent in the registration currency to get the bonus.
2. Player’s phone number and email should be confirmed.
3. The bonus amount is up to 33 % of the deposit amount (depends on deposits amount).
4. Full wagering requires making bets for the amount from x30 times the amount of the bonus received.
5. The maximum bet for wagering is 2.5 USD or the equivalent in the registration currency.
6. Bonus should be activated before the first spin.
7. The maximum term within which bonus could be activated is 24 hours.
8. The maximum term within which bonus could be wagered is 1 week.

FRIDAY CASHBACK

1. Cashback will be issued on Fridays up to 20% of the amount of funds lost during the week (excluding bonus funds).
2. The minimum deposit amount is 10 USD or the equivalent in the registration currency.
3. Cashback is issued if the amount of bets that were made exceeds the amount of bets that were won (excluding bonuses). The greater the difference, the higher the percentage of cashback.
4. When calculating the cashback amount, only deposits made since previous Friday to the current one are qualified.
5. Cashback is issued with wagering x8/10/12/14/16 (Depends on cashback level. More detailed information you could find in the profile section "My bonuses").
6. The minimum cashback amount is 0.5 USD or the equivalent in the registration currency.
7. The maximum cashback amount is 300 USD or the equivalent in the registration currency.
8. The bonus will be available for activation in the "My bonuses" section on Fridays from 12:00 (UTC +3) when all conditions are met.
